Your apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and serviced by our wonderful staff!  

You do not have to be present for a service member to perform any work if you do not choose to do so.  

Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance on-call for any emergencies.

You can simply input a service ticket through our online portal or give us a call.

If you are locked out, you can give us a call and we will be able to unlock your apartment. 


Yes, we offer 5 floors of assigned garage parking as well as street parking.

Yes, dogs and cats are permitted in the building, with a maximum of 2 per apartment. We have breed restrictions for dogs. Please contact the office for further details about the breed restrictions.

Each apartment comes complete with stainless steel energy efficient applicances. These include a full-size washer/dryer, oven with electric stove top, microwave, and refrigerator with icemaker.

The property partners with CORT and BROOK furniture who offer furnished apartments.


It typically take 24 - 48 hours to be approved. 

Rent can be paid by check or online using a debit card, credit card, or bank account.

Yes, we require renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability protection.

We require a 30-day notice to vacate, with a 2-month lease break penalty to be paid to get out of your lease.

You will receive instruction on setting up utilites in your Welcome Home letter. New residents are required to setup Dominion Power and the cable/internet package of their choice.

There are no utilites included with the rent. 


Yes, the Tysons Corner metro station is a 14 minute walk from our building.


Take Exit  46A on 495, turn right on WestPark Drive, stay right on WestPark Drive at the first light, turn right on Jones Branch Drive, the apartment community will be on your left.
